Charlton Athletic remain in the League One relegation places following a 1-1 draw with Gillingham at Priestfield.
The Addicks were dominant in the first-half with Conor Washington firing wide from a Corey Blackett-Taylor pull back before Elliot Lee made their early dominance count.
Once again Blackett-Taylor was the architect, bursting past the Gills defence before squaring for Lee to fire home after 18 minutes.
Charlton controlled the rest of the half but tactical and personnel changes for Gillingham at the break sparked the hosts into life.
And the Gills equalised when Kyle Dempsey’s 56th minute shot cannoned off the upright with Charlton defender Ben Purrington putting the loose ball through his own net from a yard out.
Gills keeper Jamie Cumming then made two stunning saves to deny both Josh Davison and Sam Lavelle, with substitute Danny Lloyd striking the post at the other end.
However, both sides had to settle for a point each as Jayden Stockley wasted a glorious chance in added time for Charlton.
