Several Dons players are believed to have tested positive in advance of the clash at Plough Lane with the club’s formal application for a postponement rejected by the EFL.
Defender Tayo Edun put the Imps in front following a corner on eight minutes before Wimbledon were leve on 31 minutes through an Ollie Palmer header.

Meanwhile, Charlton Athletic fell to a disappointing 2-0 defeat away to fellow promotion rivals Hull City.
Hakeeb Adelakun gave the home side the lead from close range on 18 minutes before Charlton’s Darren Pratley saw red for an off-the-ball kick at Mallik Wilks just past the hour mark.
And Hull made sure of victory when midfielder Greg Docherty knocked home a rebound after the ball had come back off the post.
And in League Two, Leyton Orient made it two home wins and clean sheets in a week with a 1-0 victory over Salford City.
