Queens Park Rangers winless run continues as they fell to a heavy 4-0 defeat by Nottingham Forest at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
The hosts never looked like challenging a dominant Forest side who took full advantage of Lee Wallace’s 50th minute sending off to leave QPR with a fourth loss in six league games.
Tobias Figueiredo opened the scoring for Forest with a textbook header after 15 minutes, rising highest at the far post from Joe Lolley’s corner.
Ilias Chair’s shot from distance was the only notable effort for the home side in the opening 45 minutes and they were hit with another blow early in the second period with Wallace’s dismissal for a foul on Lolley.
Forest then put QPR to the sword with a flurry of three late goals in ten minutes, Sammy Ameobi teeing up Lewis Grabban for the first of them in the 81st minute.
And it turned into embarrassment as substitutes Joao Carvalho and Alfa Semedo both prodded home to see QPR drop to 16th in the table having taken just two points from a possible 18.

Talking Point
QPR have not kept a clean sheet all season and it’s easy to see why – too often the opposition get behind their back line too easily and they need to tighten up immediately.

Tobias Figueiredo – A Forest defender who showed QPR how it’s done and also opened the scoring with an excellent header.

Referee Watch
Steve Martin (Staffordshire) – Wallace’s red card was harsh with the dismissal killing the game as a spectacle.
Atmosphere
By no means a classic, it was a drab affair that lacked intensity and the QPR fans struggled to feed off a very poor showing.
Verdict
It’s starting to become heated for Mark Warburton as week-on-week his defence leak goals and points become few and far between.
