Ivan Cavaleiro scored twice as Fulham eased their way to a one-sided 4-0 victory over Millwall at Craven Cottage.
Anthony Knockaert and Aleksandar Mitrovic were also on target as the Cottagers registered a third successive win to bring Millwall’s unbeaten league run to a halt.
And it was a miserable evening as well for QPR who fell to a 3-1 defeat at home to Swansea City.
Bersant Celina opened the scoring for the Swans in the 29th minute before Jordan Hugill’s 66th-minute header levelled the scores.
However, Borja Baston converted a penalty four minutes later after Jordan Garrick was fouled by Yoann Barbet and substitute Sam Surridge wrapped up the win 10 minutes from time.
Elsewhere, Charlton Athletic were denied a third league victory of the season as Nottingham Forest struck late to snatch a 1-1 draw at the Valley.
Lyle Taylor’s 18th-minute header looked like being enough to claim the points until substitute Albert Adomah levelled 12 minutes from time.
And on-loan Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah came off the bench for Leeds United to score the only goal of the game against Brentford at Elland Road.
