Brentford overcame a two-goal deficit to thrash Blackburn 5-2 in a thrilling Championship encounter at Griffin Park.
Despite being behind at the interval, the Bees scored four second half-goals in a 45 minutes showcasing remarkable attacking quality.
The visitors raced into a two-goal lead within seven minutes; Bradley Dack’s first-time finish (2) followed Danny Graham’s towering header.
But Said Benrahma finished an incisive counter-attack led by Neal Maupay to half the deficit before seeing his dipping free-kick tipped onto the crossbar.
Ollie Watkins levelled the scores in the 58th minute with a deflected strike before then putting the Bees ahead on 72 as he rose above Rovers keeper David Raya to head home.
Neal Maupay’s cool finish then made it 4-2 before substitute Sergi Canos stroked a fifth goal past Raya in the final moments to cap off a magnificent comeback.
